ZPG Ltd is a British company, owned by Silver Lake Partners. ZPG stands for Zoopla Property Group. Zoopla is the UK's most comprehensive property website, focused on empowering users with the resources they need to make better-informed property decisions.

Working hand in hand with Sales and Product, Zoopla’s Commercial Team deliver solutions to market that help their customers be successful in their businesses and impact their bottom line. Leading the go-to-market for new products and major updates, and owning the end to end customer journey with B2B customers.

Zoopla is constantly innovating and developing new tools and services. For the launch of one of their latest products, AdReach Express, Zoopla’s marketing team approached Somersault to create a film that would engage the busy Estate Agent audience.

Approach

  • Somersault had previously worked with the Zoopla team to create a set of animated style guidelines for use across a range of films
  • The AdReach had created their own product overview film script, but it didn’t fall within Zoopla brand guidelines
  • Somersault took  the script from the Client script and lightly adapted to fit within guidelines, followed with a storyboard built in line with the script and according to the style and guidance previously created
  • Having identified the audience as time poor, working in busy office environments we recommended the animated video feature on-screen text to communicate the key messages (no voiceover will be used)

Outcomes

The award-winning AdReach Express is making digital prospecting easier for Estate Agents, more of whom are using this self service tool to create custom ads and serve them directly to vendors in the local area in minutes.
