Overview

Condeco is the pioneering market leader in workspace management and resource scheduling software. They help brands across the globe enable flexible working and transform their workplace for the future.

As digital and moving image became increasingly critical across all prospect and customer touchpoints, Condeco needed a short guide to introduce the assets and provide the necessary guidance to create a consistent and high quality brand execution across all video content.

Approach

  • Somersault’s creative and design team who work most closely with the Condeco brand in moving image, developed a concise 19pp set of video brand guidelines
  • The succinct document introduced a suite of video assets including colour gradient usage, typography in video, typeset guidelines, opening and closing idents, lower thirds, on screen text and transitions
  • It also covered specifications for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin, upload guidance for YouTube and Wistia and considerations relating to third party usage rights

Outcomes

The video brand guidelines have been hardwired into Condeco’s organisation across every internal stakeholder and external creative partner involved in creating digital and moving image content
